NFLM Media Affiliate Program Terms of Use

Agreement Acceptance

As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of NFLM Media, encompassing Automation, Video, Retargeting services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement in its entirety before registering and promoting NFLM Media as an Affiliate. By signing up for the NFLM Media Affiliate Program, you consent to the terms of this Agreement.

Application Approval or Rejection

NFLM Media reserves the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole discretion. You have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.

Commissions

  • Initial commissions are set at 15%, increasing to 20% after 10 sales.
  • Earn a 5% commission for sub-affiliate sales.
  • Commissions are paid monthly, provided the referred account remains active for at least 31 days.
  • Self-referrals are prohibited, and commissions on personal accounts will not be awarded.
  • Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds are ineligible for commission.

Termination

Your affiliate application and status may be suspended or terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Inappropriate advertisements.
  • Spamming.
  • Promotion on illegal or inappropriate websites.
  • Failure to disclose affiliate relationships in endorsements.
  • Violation of intellectual property rights.
  • Offering unauthorized rebates, coupons, or kick-backs.

Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected Affiliate fraud.

  • NFLM Media reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time for any agreement violations.

Affiliate Links

  • Use provided or self-created graphic and text links on your website and email messages.
  • Advertise NFLM Media in online/offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
  • Ensure all created materials are appropriate and not in violation of the terms listed above.

Coupon and Deal Sites

  • Promotion of coupons not explicitly provided to you is prohibited.
  • Misleading affiliate links, bidding on branded coupons, and unauthorized coupon use is not allowed.
  • User must clearly understand the offer before an affiliate cookie is set.
  • Affiliates must not misrepresent offers as being available when they are not.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy

  • PPC bidding is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

Liability

NFLM Media is not liable for indirect or accidental damages due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program or our websites. We make no expressed or implied warranties regarding the Program and/or the products sold by NFLM Media. We are not liable for any errors or interruptions in the Program or website operations.

Term of the Agreement

The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and ends when your Affiliate account is terminated. Modifications to the terms may be made by us at any time; your continued participation constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless NFLM Media from liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses arising from any claims due to Affiliate’s negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct.

Electronic Signatures

Your completion of the NFLM Media application process indicates acceptance of this Agreement, constituting an electronic signature with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
